How to use The Vault

Are these tools really free?

Yes. No sign-up. No paywall. Take a screener and see your score right away.

Are my answers saved?

No. Screeners run in your browser. We do not store your answers. We do not email you a score.

Can a screener give me a diagnosis?

No. A score is a data point, not a diagnosis. A high score is a good reason to talk to a clinician. A low score does not always rule it out.

Where should I start?

Take the screener that fits how you feel. Read an article for the deeper story. Or use Provider Match if you are ready to talk.

Clinical note: These screeners (ASRS, AQ-10, AQ-50, CAT-Q, OCI-R, PHQ-9, GAD-7, MDQ, OCEAN) are for education only. They are not a diagnosis. A diagnosis can only come from a licensed clinician. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.
