Can I book a psychiatrist in New York?
Yes. New York patients can book the full team: Rebecca Spitzer PA-C, Sandra Rae PA-C, psychotherapist Celine du Tertre LMHC-D, joint MD intakes with Dr. Al-Katib, and the Founder tier. Aetna and UnitedHealthcare are in-network in NY, with $200 self-pay also available.
Can I book in Florida?
Yes. Initial evaluations and one-off consultations are with Dr. Al-Katib directly, who is licensed in New York and Florida. Ongoing care with the full clinical team is coming to Florida soon as telehealth licensing completes. Florida care is self-pay.
Can I book in New Jersey?
Yes. New Jersey patients are seen by Sandra Rae, PA-C, under Dr. Al-Katib’s medical supervision. New Jersey care is $200 self-pay per session; insurance is in-network in New York only.
What if I live in another state?
Join the waitlist and we will email you the day the practice opens in your state. If you opt in, we will also share your name and contact info with a vetted clinician in your state so they can reach out sooner. One-off consultations with Dr. Al-Katib are available worldwide.

Aetna and UnitedHealthcare are in-network in NY. Otherwise it’s $200 flat for standard care — and we help you claim money back from your insurance.
