Insurance we work with

Direct in-network (NY): Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (including Oscar, Optum, and Oxford).

Coming Soon (we hope!): Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Out-of-network PPO plans: we provide superbills for reimbursement; most PPO patients recover a significant portion of the visit cost.

Verifying out-of-network benefits

Our free calculator walks you through the exact script and CPT codes to use when you call your insurer. Most patients run it before booking so they know their cost upfront.

Clinical focus and philosophy

Six questions we get most often before booking.

Are you accepting new patients right now? +

Yes, in NY, FL, and NJ. Slot availability moves week to week. The fastest way to know whether we can take you this week is to submit a consultation request — our Intake Director, Leann, will confirm your eligibility and book you within 1 business day.

What is your approach to ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence? +

We treat neurodivergence as a description of how a brain works, not a defect to fix. For ADHD and autism spectrum, our focus is reducing executive dysfunction and sensory overload while protecting your cognitive strengths. Movement, sleep, and nutrition are the foundation; emotional regulation work builds on top of that; medication is precise and reviewed at every encounter when clinically warranted.

How do you treat burnout? +

Burnout requires biological recovery, not a vacation. Our burnout protocol covers the paperwork side (FMLA, short-term disability, employer documentation when appropriate) and the clinical side (sleep stabilization, metabolic recovery, sometimes medication, sometimes not). The goal is that you come back to work in better shape than you left, not that you survive a few weeks off and crash again.

How do you treat OCD? +

OCD is treated with a combination of evidence-based medication and exposure-and-response-prevention therapy. Medication quiets the biological noise, which makes exposure work tolerable. We collaborate with OCD-trained therapists in NYC and run the medication side; when you need both, we coordinate.

Do you provide ESA letters or Letters of Medical Necessity? +

Yes, when clinically indicated. Emotional Support Animal letters, Letters of Medical Necessity, and workplace or academic accommodations are part of our care for established patients. Each one requires a real clinical evaluation that documents the diagnosis the letter supports. We do not issue documentation outside a clinical relationship.

For LMNs specifically (gym, sleep tech, somatic therapy, etc.), see our dedicated Letter of Medical Necessity page for the full process and pricing.

How do you handle medication management and refills? +

We practice precision psychiatry. No blind refills. Every prescription is backed by your current data and a clinical review at your last encounter. This protects you from staying on something you no longer need, and lets us adjust your plan as your situation changes. Our goal is to keep you off unnecessary medications, not on them.
