01 // The Architecture Fee
Membership vs. Insurance
The Membership Fee is a retainer for Access and Architecture. It covers the non-clinical infrastructure required to manage high-velocity care (messaging, coordination, evening slots).
It does not cover medical services. All clinical encounters (Zoom or In-Person), Labs, and Therapy are billed separately to your insurance carrier. By booking, you acknowledge this distinction.

02 // Cancellation Velocity
Respecting the Grid
We respect your time; we demand you respect the slot. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice destroy the architecture for other patients.
Late cancellations or No-Shows will incur a $300 fee automatically charged to the card on file. This fee is not covered by insurance.

03 // Financial Liquidity
Payment Integrity
Payment is due at the time of booking. If you are financing via CareCredit, your agreement must be signed and uploaded to the portal before your first session. If your payment method fails, all future appointments and prescription refills will be paused until liquidity is restored.
