Leave paperwork done right the first time

It’s simple, really.
We’re happier when we move.

Modern psychiatry often ignores the body. We don’t. By integrating movement, emotional intelligence, and lifestyle into clinical care, we don’t just manage symptoms. We rebuild your life.

Diagnostic Precision

We specialize in complex comorbid cases where ADHD, Autism, OCD, and trauma overlap. Getting the right diagnosis is the first step to getting your life back. We don’t guess.

Movement as Medicine

We literally write prescriptions for the gym. Letters of Medical Necessity unlock your HSA/FSA for Equinox, Pilates, recovery therapy. Exercise is the most effective biological intervention available. We document it like one.

Burnout Protocols

Burnout isn’t just feeling tired. We build the medical case for FMLA and short-term disability claims so insurance carriers like Lincoln, Guardian, and MetLife actually pay your salary while you recover.

  • You want medication without lifestyle change.
  • You refuse to exercise or move your body.
  • You are looking to stay exactly the same.

Expertise meets reality.

You don’t just get a prescriber. You get a clinical team.
